Each user is permitted to maintain only one registered account on k1gam. Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility until you formally notify k1gam of unauthorised access.
k1gam reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time, including during withdrawal requests. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal access until verification is completed.
k1gam currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT TRC20. Payment method availability is subject to change without prior notice. k1gam does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. In the event of a dispute, k1gam's internal records and server logs constitute the final and binding record of all transactions.
In-play or live betting markets may be suspended or closed at k1gam's discretion, including during live cricket matches, PSL fixtures, and other sporting events. k1gam shall not be responsible for the suspension or closure of in-play markets due to connectivity issues, data provider delays, or match interruptions.
